The opportunityEmployees in Countdown’s distribution centres had become complacent about workplace accidents. We needed to remind them about the importance of safety.

The solution
For the Safe Shift Every Shift campaign, we photographed real Countdown employees with simulated injuries. Then we put them on huge posters in the distribution centres. So when workers entered their warehouse, they were confronted with shocking images of their real workmates.
